Tutoring Review
Student Huang is an American undergraduate student. Even though we have never met in person and have always communicated online, Huang still trusts us very much. The student is majoring in Operations Research and Business Analytics. During his undergraduate years, he had studied Supply Chain Management and was particularly interested in this major. After an online communication with Huang, we decided to apply for the Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management programs. Since the student was studying for an undergraduate degree in the United States and was exempted from language proficiency, we planned the GRE test for him/her. After several rounds of score improvement, the student finally achieved a score of 316. Meanwhile, we also help students sort out their resumes, apply for relevant internships at logistics companies, and provide related interview training.
During the application process, due to the complexity of the application documents, which included not only essays and personal statements but also video essays, we conducted several hours of document brainstorming with the students, deeply exploring the co-op projects they had done during their undergraduate years, highlighting their strengths and understanding of the supply chain industry.
After submitting the application, we received interview notices from the school one after another. We promptly provided interview training for the students. Among them, we received the waitlist from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Although it was a waiting list, we still didn't give up easily. We immediately communicated the new situation with the students and sent a lover letter to the school at the same time. Two weeks after sending the confession letter, we received the confirmation letter from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Currently, the student has received offers from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Washington University in St. Louis, and Purdue University. The student has confirmed their admission to the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they wish to attend. After the students receive their admission, we also plan the time arrangement for them after graduation to lay a foundation for their future entry into the workplace.
